A Brooklyn native who grew up in the Bensonhurst area, Simone has called Bay Ridge home for the past 15 years. Having worked in local restaurants, Simone is intimately acquainted with the neighborhood and its residents. She has a deep appreciation for the tight-knit community in Brooklyn and the small businesses that contribute to its charm. Her passion for working with people and seeing projects through to completion has made her work in the service industry incredibly fulfilling. Simone finds great satisfaction in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, be it hosting guests at her own home or showing properties.
