A lifelong resident of Brooklyn, in Park Slope for the past 30 years, Sally has experienced first hand the dramatic real estate growth and community renewal that is occurring throughout North Brooklyn. This is evident by the continued restoration and maintenance of the exceptional historic townhouses and the new amenity filled buildings that are attracting an entirely new generation of residents to these neighborhoods. People from all over the world are choosing to make Brooklyn their home, adding their diverse cultures and passion for living in this vibrant and charming community.Sally attended New York University's Stern School of Business. After graduating, she worked for Republic New York Securities as a Business Analyst. As an analyst, Sally listened intently to her clients needs and learned to work with them to target and define the requirements for their particular goals and was able to provide them with specific data and clear steps to solve their issues and implement sound solutions.Sally later began working in her family's business, A. Williams Construction, a development, and construction firm which is well known in New York City's building industry. Sally became involved in the acquisition and development of several properties in Park Slope, Gowanus, and Fort Greene. In the process, she learned how to negotiate both residential and commercial sales and purchases, execute leases, coordinate appraisals, and inspections and manage properties. Sally has also been a property owner and a landlord for over 20 years, and has the practical knowledge on tenant management, as well as, home maintenance and improvements.Sally applies her knowledge and skillset to help her clients facilitate their real estate needs. She exudes professionalism, thoughtfulness, dedication and integrity and works diligently for each of her clients to bring all of her knowledge and resources to bear, to achieve their goals.As a dedicated and proud mom of two sons, Sally has consistently volunteered at her children's local schools, which have included, PS 321 and MS 51. Sally passionately advocates for growth and diversity in the Park Slope community.In her spare time, Sally loves scouring flea markets and second hand shops for vintage goods and eclectic art. She also loves to cook delicious Indian, Caribbean and Italian cuisine for her family and friends.
